The City of Sunland Park will host a Back To School Expo to support families preparing for the upcoming academic year. The event takes place on July 25, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM at the Sunland Park Sports Complex, located at 4700 McNutt Road, Santa Teresa, NM 88008.
The expo offers essential supplies and services to help students return to the classroom with confidence. Gadsden Independent School District students and local daycare children from Sunland Park and Santa Teresa can receive free backpacks, school supplies, uniforms, and tennis shoes while supplies last. Free haircuts and grooming accessories will also be available on-site.
The event features a dedicated Prep Rally to recognize and support local teachers, counselors, and school staff. Families can also enjoy live music, jumping balloons, and a complimentary lunch provided for the children. The City of Sunland Park remains committed to supporting youth and education by ensuring local students have access to the necessary tools for a successful school year.
