The City of Sunland Park invites District 5 residents to attend an outdoor community meeting hosted by Councilor Maria Burciaga on August 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Mender Park.
This gathering offers neighborhood residents a direct opportunity to participate in open dialogue and hear important updates regarding the Calle Carrosel and Calle Obregon area. Active community involvement is crucial to addressing neighborhood priorities, and District 5 residents are encouraged to attend, share their feedback, and contribute to the discussion.
The meeting will take place outdoors at Mender Park, located on Calle Carrousel. Because the event is weather-dependent, discussions will relocate to the City Council Chambers at City Hall in the event of inclement weather.
