Location: 1000 McNutt Road, Sunland Park, NM

The City of Sunland Park is conducting survey work at the City Hall property as of today, May 12, 2026. This work is part of the City’s efforts to evaluate and plan for the future use of this site.

Field work is currently underway and is expected to last approximately 3 to 4 more days. Crews are on-site daily from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

What to expect:

• Crews are verifying utility lines and setting boundary corners.

• You may see survey markers such as flags, paint, or stakes at property corners.

• There will be one survey truck present on the property at a time.

• Minor, temporary traffic disruptions may occur if crews need to open manholes for measurements.
