IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Santa Teresa Middle School

Santa Teresa Middle School was placed on a brief hold by school administration today. This hold was not initiated by the Sunland Park Police Department, and GISD has since resolved the situation.

At no point was there any known danger to students, staff, or the community. The Sunland Park Police Department remained in close coordination with school officials throughout the event to ensure a clear flow of information.
