The City of Sunland Park is sharing the following information for residents in the Riverside subdivision:

UPDATE: Water service has been restored in the Riverside subdivision following an earlier service interruption.

Residents may notice discolored water as the system stabilizes. This is temporary. Residents are advised to run their water for several minutes until it clears.

Water service in the area is currently shut down until further notice due to a suspected water main break within CRRUA’s system.

According to the Camino Real Regional Utility Authority (CRRUA), operational staff is actively investigating the issue to locate the source of the problem and complete necessary repairs. Water service will remain interrupted while crews work to identify and resolve the issue.

The City is monitoring the situation and will continue to share updates provided by CRRUA as more information becomes available.
